Bluetooth issues when streaming audio...

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 3G to an iPhone 4s. I've never had a problem streaming music over bluetooth in my 2011 Lexus i250 with the 3G phone, but as soon as I upgraded, it won't play music over bluetooth, but I'm still able to make calls.

The error I see from my Lexus nav reads "Bluetooth connection failed, check device configuration". I've tried resetting the phone but it's no help. Is anyone else having similar problems?

You could be right since my 3G worked fine....the guys are Lexus said many folks were having issues with the 4S phones....this sucks because using USB is a pain

Doing a search I noticed it's not just Lexus that's having issues. There's a few other brands that won't stream either.

Yes, see my November postings: Scosche BT unit after-market in Honda Civic Si. Worked fine with 4, continual problems with 4S. Scosche tech have sent me directions to reset their unit but must have dash disassembled at BestBuy to carry out. If this doesn't fix it .... Back to an ear piece and AUX cable? Hate it.
