Well I am not that much into basketball like I used to be, and besides, the bulls will never be what they used to, without jordan, scottie and the old team, its not woth watching, but thats just my opinion.

lol...will never happen again. Golly...where to start. The old Bulls were more than Michael Jordan. He is no doubt a great player and really helped lead the team to the top but that team was nothing short of an all-star team.

Michael Jordan (obviously great)
Scottie Pippen (oviously great)
Toni Kukoc (excellent shooting guard)
Steve Kerr (insane sharpshooter)
Phil Jackson (arguably the best coach in the history of NBA)
Dennis Rodman (weird guy but insane defense)
etc. etc..

I do have to say that the bulls faltered without Michael Jordan. He's such a force of confidence on the team. But Michael Jordan could not have done it without these guys either. Its a rare event that a group of individually exceptional players come together as one. I'm just happy it happened in our generation.

Yeah - they were probably the biggest disappointment in the NBA this year. Still an exciting young team though, especially with that No. 1 pick coming up this draft too ...
I live in Miami so I really hope we get beasley, I think we need him more than chicago. Congratulations to Boston !

I'm happy for KG, Ray Allen, and Doc Rivers, but i can't stand Pierce... the dude is a thug.

KG REALLy deserved that ring , poor guy , all those years in MINN and nothing.
Amen to that. Ever since he got to Boston, I've been hoping he'd get the ring - and I am *no way* a Celtics fan (grew up near NYC supporting the Knicks) - just think he's been way too great a player, way too great a guy, to have that missing on his career record.

Pure class player and a great performance last night too ...

It's an injustice if Beasley doesn't go #1. I think Rose will be a very fine player but Beasley is a beast. ugh I wish the Mavs had a high pick. Hell I just wish we had a 1st round pick period :(

I too am glad KG and Allen got their rings. Especially KG.

I'm still having a hard time thinking about any sport other than golf though after Tiger's amazing display this past weekend.

Think you're right - it would be crazy not to see Beasley go first. I really think he will. Pretty rare to see a guy look so capable of being an almost instantly dominant type inside player straight out of the chute ...

QFT.

Phenominal performance. I enjoying watching everything Tiger can do, especially in the clutch. I would not have been disappointed had Rocco won, however. He seems like a great sport and a nice guy. He may never get another opportunity like this one.

well, you'll have plenty of time to think about other sports now that tiger's down the rest of the year.

bye bye tv ratings.
