Can I put a caption on a photo with an iPhone?

Is there any way with an iPhone or an iPhone app of taking a picture and then tagging some information to that picture, a caption, a title or even text on the picture itself?

There is an app I use called iPicNote in the app store that will do this. Probably a ton more but I've used that one before and it's not too

Didn't you try the App store? I just searched 'photo caption' and found several choices, most free.
