Can I use the same GameCenter ID on multiple devices?

Is there a way to use game center on more than one device with the same Apple ID so I don't have to buy apps and other things more than once. I have an iPhone and Ipad2 and wife has iPhone but we use one Apple Id on separate computers for syncing with home sharing. We want to be able to play against each other but cant seem to friend each other on the same account. We don't want separate account don't want to pay for stuff more than once

As far i know you will need to have two separate account but with home sharing you don't have to buy the apps more then once as long as you have home sharing turned on on your computer you will be able to share apps with up to five computers just make sure you verify all the computers you want to share your apps with

I was thinking that but you can share with 5 computer but can you sync to another device with those apps and what happens when Icloud starts how do you share without using a computer?

Yes as long as all computers have home sharing turned on and all computers are verifyed you shouldn't have any problems and i'm sure that the same go's for icloud

For the second half of your question i think we might still need a computer to share apps...
