Cannot change Barrel style

I'm assuming you mean the Cydia tweak Barrel. (It's a tweak which allows for futuristic page scrolling. I like it ) Try reinstalling the tweak and respringing/rebooting your device. Thread moved to the iPhone Jailbreak section.

Also, make sure you installed it. After you pay for it, you have to go back and hit the install button.
