Cannot send pictures after using Absynthe jailbreak

So I've been having issues with my absynthe jailbreak
I can't send pics in my texts
When I send it, it will give me the send bar, then it makes the delivered noise, shows delivered for a sec, then I get the exclamation point

When I click the ! , I get these options
If I click the 'send as a text message, it will work
It's like the iMessage is broken

Any idea?

Do you have BiteSMS installed? If so, try to send one from the stock messaging app and let me know if it works. Try resetting your network settings.

nope. this is with the stock msg app. I have also reset network settings as well.
its really odd

This is a common problem with hackitvated phones. I'm not sure why you're experiencing it since you have an official carrier and aren't unlocked. Did you try logging out of iMessages, rebooting and then logging back in?

Might be server issues for iMessage. Go into the phone settings and disable iMessage and try again.
