cant access themes or reinstall themes on Cydia....pls help

so somehow i accidentally deleted the THEMES folder through idisk.

This is for my iPad2....How can i reinstall these packages and also WINTERBOARD....i was trying to re-install winterboard and the themes that i lost....but everytime i do that i get this message...how cna i manually fix this....

Thanks in advance if any1 can help it would be greatly appreciated...

Reboot and then reinstall WinterBoard in Cydia. The themes folder will be recreated.

How can I manually DELETE winterboard and then REINSTALL it...

I believe that is the step i Need to take...

i tried a reboot and install and this is what i got..
i cant uninstall WINTERBOARD.

I cant reinstall...it sux...

Use iDisk (or SSH, iFile, DiskAid or iPhoneBrowser) to delete the WinterBoard.dylib file. Back it up in another location first. It's located here: /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/WinterBoard.dylib. Then reboot and see if it will allow you to uninstall or reinstall WinterBoard.
