even after getting a text saying that my iPhones been fully activated im still unable to get texts from non-att customers. i talked to att customer service and they don't know what it is. they confirmed that the port is complete. talked to a couple of friends who work for cingular and they don't know what it could be either.
any ideas? could it be a problem with the phone? thanks
