I have an iPhone4 and I got the 3200 error as well. Tried 4 different times and it kept doing the same thing. I had to quit and go back to work. Hopefully someone can figure out a fix before I get off.

Weird. I unplugged phone and unlocked the passcode and made it to the Apple logo this time. It then started to show the plug to iTunes logo and I thought I was good. Halt, got the dang error again! GRRR

Ice, did you try it yet because a restore didn't work for me; I just got my iPhone two days ago so i didn't have a lot of stuff to loose on but still annoying that it doesn't seem to want to upgrade
It's finishing up the restore now so I will let you know. I have a feeling it's not going to work though. Getting frustrated.

Same problem here. I had downloaded the iPad 2 GM last night, so figured I was in the clear. I guess when it pings Apple's servers, those servers are fubared...thus resulting in an error.

Okay I did a restore and it finally worked on her phone. I had just backed it up so it wasn't that big of a deal.
