College text book app?

I know I asked a similar question in another thread a while back but what is the best app to download college text books? Who has the largest selection at good prices? I usually buy used from amazon, a physical text book. I've been looking around on regular sites that I would try and buy cheap books from but hardly any site has ebooks. Thanks!
