Okay so I bought a jailbroken phone and accidentally bricked it because I didn't know it was teathered. Well I went to restore it and got the whole 1015 error. I finally got around it by using redsn0w9.6b6 and using the SIMPLE custom firmware created by Sn0wbreeze. However I don't get signal at all. I plugged my SIM card into my friends iPhone and it got signal fine. I recently did a LCD replacement and maybe knocked the signal connector lose. Can someone please tell me what connector is for signal?

Thanks.

Moved to iPhone Jailbreak.

Did you have a signal after you replaced the LCD (before you restored it)?

Try resetting your network settings.

I ran into that issue as well and had the same results. I guess the technical explanation from what I had read is that some part of the activation or registration process errored out or did not complete in time and ultrasnow completes it.
