Custom ringtones won't work

I've already set up my "phonedmg" file and i've gone through and held the home and power button for 25 secs. It then says "booting iPhone..." and it sits there and never boots. I've Tried everything i can think of and it won't work. Is there anyone out there that knows how to fix this problem?

The whole Phonedmg thing is now the "hard way" to jailbreak and mod your phone. It's really gotten a whole lot easier, check out the video here to learn more about iBrickr:
