There are also other AT&T contact numbers located on the iPhone. Tap settings, scroll down and tap Phone, scroll down and tap AT&T Services. You then have the numbers for Check Bill Balance, Directory Assistance, Pay My Bill, View My Minutes, Voice Contact And An online link for AT&T MY ACCOUNT....Hope this also helps, M
