Cydia errors

iPhone 5.01 Untethered cydia is working but with lot of errors. Can you fix this?

This is most likely due to an overwhelming load on the Cydia repos since the latest untethered jailbreak was released. Things should settle down and there is most likely nothing an end user can do.
In the future please post in the appropriate sub-forum, in this case the jailbreak forum
