Delete "loading applications"

Hi all

I downloaded about two yoga applications on my iPad2, but both were over 20MB so now they are stuck on "loading" and cannot be deleted. Anyone know how to delete the apps? Thanks

Try rebooting the phone.

I second Europa. If the download stalls, simply reboot the phone. If that doesn't clear the problem you will need to connect the device to iTunes and click the check for available downloads tab. Doing this will download all outstanding applications and sync the device.

You can also switch the device to airplane mode which I believe will time out the download. This should give you an error and delete the pending app.

Try tapping once on the app to "pause," then tap again to resume loading. It occasionally works for me.
