Deleting pictures from 4S

I just received my 4S and would like to remove some pictures.

Can't figure out how to delete them.

If the pictures you want to remove are in the camera roll you simply tap the delete icon and they are gone. If the pictures you want to delete are in folders you synced from your PC you have to go into the folder on your PC and delete them there. Than sync your phone to iTunes and they will be deleted from your phone.
