Though the iPhone is probably the most beautiful phone I've ever had, one of the points for me for buying it was the fact that it had such a small footprint compared to other smart phones. I'm certainly not going to put a clumsly and ugly rubber casing around it. Though I do know there are less intrusive, more transparent, but sticky skins, I'll be keeping mine naked for awhile, simply because I will be treating my $600 investment like a $600 investment--with care.

I use an Incase and have no complaints. I'm on week two with total protection, no stretching and it hasn't scratched my chrome. It gives perfect protection from my carrying it in my front pocket daily and it gives a great sticky feeling when I leave it on a desk or car dash. It's out of the way, and allows me to put the phone tightly against my ear and doesn't interfere with the controls.

I'm thinking about going naked...

but

I put my iPhone in my purse, and I'm just scared that something will scratch it like my the zipper on my wallet or something.

*joins Britna*

I'm using the Belkin Acrylic Case, I've read bad reviews about it like scratches, but mine's perfectly fine, been goin 2 weeks. *I might have jinxed it* It makes it look like a mini cinema display and or a G4 tower. The charge dock is useless however with the case on, which kind of sucks because I think the sound/chirp the iPhone makes, when you plug it in with the dock, goes hand in hand with it.

With the Belkin Acrylic Case for the iPhone:

It's not just a phone, not just an iPod, not just a web browser, but also a beltbuckle.

Using the Belkin Slim Fit Holster. I had my iPhone in a FoofPod case, but decided I need a proper fit after it took a spill on concrete.

At first I had it in a Speck Skin Tight, and for the most part I haven't had any problems with stretching, etc. But then I kept getting annoyed everytime I reached into my pocket to get the phone and my pocket would turn inside out.

Lately I've been going commando. We'll see if there's any noticeable wear and tear.

I go naked now. I do have a microfiber glasses sock/case so that if I am going to want a little protection it is there. I also plan to get one of the crystal film things that everyone is raving about. I just need to get to the store.
