Dock iPad/iPhone Mac OSX style

Hi guys,
I've been looking for a easy app switcher / dock for my new Ipad. The thing I'm looking for is a dock sliding in vertically with preset apps, just as on the Mac. I know there is the app Dock, which comed very close to the thing i want, but i hare the fact that in Landscape mode the dock is on the top.

Basically:
1) Is there a way to set the Dock settings in Landscape mode to stay vertically
2) An other app like the app switcher in iOS6, but then vertically and with preset apps

Dock will open in the same orientation as you iDevice be it in portrait or landscape view.
