If nothing else you can go to Amazon and copy the CD image of of the web page to your Mac by dragging it to your desktop. Use preview to crop it and add it to the artwork button for your tune.

Thank god because I just went through and downloaded a TON Is there a way to have the artwork saved to the MP3 using the ID3 tags? I looked and it seems like iTunes saves the artwork in cryptic files in my iTunes directory.
