Does anyone hate the fact that you have to update your apps all the time?

What'd I do? I put food instead of good? Proofreading is not my speciality, give me an hour.

I for one would welcome an option to turn off the blazing red badge reminding me of how lazy I am when it comes to updating my apps. Maybe my iPhone can also remove the red icon reminding me of my unread items in my inbox, moderators queue and more!:p

I have UCS (Update Compulsive Syndrome) so I have to update the minute I see one. I also suffer from ENB (Email Notification Badge) which also makes me download and delete all read emails to remove the icon. I also have TN (Twitter Numberfication) which makes me open twitter, read tweets and close back down.
Do I need to go on? Lol

Well it sort of does. If the update is to fix any problems I'm all for it but what gets me annoyed is the fact that the red notification bubble stays there I liked how Android just showed you in the notification bar

I also disagree bcz improvements r made through research and updates. The bugs r eliminated and new sophisticated application emerges.

I agree the update notifications are annoying. I'd like the option to dismiss the update because honestly for some of the apps that get updated, its not necessary and sometimes rather have a previous version than an updated version. I usually end up updating everything and then not open the app store for a long while so I can avoid the notices ha.

Zombie Highway was updated.

First line of the update description:

"DON'T UPDATE! Non retina devices will crash - update SUBMITTED will be approved shortly!"

...

Insert double facepalm here.

I see this kind of thing so often, it's kind of ridiculous. Do people not actually test their apps before submitting? Does the App Store review team no longer have any previous generation devices?
