downgrade 3GS

Hey guys. Could someody please help me out with this?

i recently bought a iPhone 3gs. i upgraded the ios to 5.0.1 and my battery life has beacme very poor.
i want to downgrade it to ios 4.3.3. i know the process of downgrading.

i am just confused wheather saving the shsh blobs on tinyumbrella or cydia etc will jailbreak my iPhone because i do not want to jailbreak it as it will void the warranty.

If your iPhone has no SHSH blobs saved for 4.3.3...then there's no going back...

i didn't save it for 4.3.3!
now i cant downgrade?
