EDGE doesn't work.. Can't setup voicemail either.. What's going on?

EDGE isn't working. I get a Not subscribed to EDGE error. I can't setup my voicemail either. I enter the password and hit default or custom but I get the same error message: Unable to setup voicemail. What's going on? I can make phone calls fine. Somebody help please!

Might need AT&T to reset your voicemail box. That would probably remove all existing voicemails.

877-419-4500 they fixed my voice mail and added the data plan to my account that didn't add when i finally activated after 41 hours.
