EDGE not working in Albuquerque, NM. Still having SMS receiving issues for both myself and my brother (Apple store employee). ATT customer service has long wait times - got disconnected after 20 mins of hold and another hour on hold with no resolution so far. Poor signal at my house - even outdoors.
Both of us are ready to return if we don't see improvement. LOVE the Phone, the service has been a joke.
What's the best way to complain directly to Apple? I'm not happy with who they decided to get into bed with...
Are you guys doing a COLD reboot? Hold down the top button and "Home" button for 6 seconds. Then turn back on. The Mac symbol will pop up. I had the Edge disconnect also and was waiting for it to come back for 2 hrs. As soon as I did the COLD reboot, Edge started working again.
