Email address on iMessage

Okay, so my friend keeps iMessaging me and it shows her iTunes I'd/email addy. It's slightly annoying and she
Wants to turn it off to show her phone number. I know there is a way, but I can't remember. Help will be appreciated.

Is she messaging you from her iPad? That could be the reason.

Settings-- messaging -- received at --- caller ID --- change it to her phone number --

If there using an iPad they will not have the " caller ID option" because there is no phone number option. Only email address can be used.
