Email addresses don't import with contacts

When I sync my iPhone through iTunes with a selected contact list some of the entries come in with email addresses but many don't. As these are really important to make use of the email feature... How do I solve it?

When I sync my iPhone through iTunes with a selected contact list some of the entries come in with email addresses but many don't. As these are really important to make use of the email feature... How do I solve it?

This seems like more of an error within Address Book if you have a mac. Make sure the email addresses are still there and properly formatted in the correct field.
