Email delay when set to push

I have my phone set to push my emails and there's a 15 minute delay. Even though it's set to push, is everyone else getting their emails pushed to the phone almost immediately? Mine has a delay! Please help! Thanks so much.

There has been several noted issues with email and not being pushed. Specifically if you are using yahoo.
Set to fetch. Hopefully next iOS update will fix this problem.
