Email/SMS Alert

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to increase the volume for email or sms alert...the low beep is just not enough!

I made all of my own alert tones, but I would just use jailbreak/iPhoneinterface and use the getfile option to get the alert tones. I would then bring them into iTunes and up the volume on them, you can do it in get info, options volume adjustment. I believe you will need to rename the file to aiff first though.

My alerts are loud now.
