I have no idea whats going on, I bought the iPhone and switched over from my blackberry 8800. Well now when ppl send me an email to my regular email addy, they get a message bounced back from the cingular blackberry server. So no one thinks I am getting the emails.

Here is what they get when they email me:

Final-Recipient: RFC822;mane3215@mycingular.blackberry.net
Action: Failed
Status: 5.0.0

No one knows why cingular is saying Apple Apple is saying cingular. I know its not Apple, but I don't know where to turn. Any ideas?

Why is anything with my personal email even getting shot over to the blackberry account. I have no clue how they are tied together.

Thanks!

I switched over from the 8800 as well.

Make sure you go into: http://www.wireless.att.com/businessscenter/solutions/email-messaging/email-blackberry.jsp

and delete all of your blackberry emails you've set up. That should do it.

Thanks, I log into that and it says my account has been suspended to contact admin. I assume that cingular did that, so I cant do anything in there. Any other ideas?

Thanks!
