Energizer To Go

I received an email saying that Energizer will NOT have an iPhone version of the To Go cell phone portable charger. I thought that this was a bad businesss decision since it also could be used for the iPod. My wife thinks it is because the power demands of the iPhone is greater that any other cell that TO GO works with. Does anybody know of any other cell phone portable charges that will work with the iPhone?

If you click on the specifications tab to the right you will see that it will charge an iPod (with your cable). It at least looks like it might work to some extent. I will be getting it to charge my Garmin bike GPS and will try it for this. I will not be ordering it for a few weeks though as I have a long trip coming up at the start of next week.

I have one for my 30GB iPod Video and tried it with the iPhone and it works great! It uses (4) AA batteries for a power source so you could use rechargeable or standard AA batteries

charged very well for me for the particular one I have on both the iPhone and the iPod with charge to spare. got it at best buy about 4-5 months ago. Didn't really need it until my battery started to die quickly on my ipod video. I think it's time to have the battery replaced on my ipod
