Entourage w/shared calendar sync to iPhone + address book

Hey guys,

I have 2 users using entourage with a shared exchange calendar. I need to sync this calendar to an iPhone. I know you can only sync calendars over a sync cable, but how do I get the shared calendar, and not the local or personal exchange calendar to sync?

I don't know if it's possible. I also use Entourage with an Exchange server (no shared calendar) and to get calendar to the iPhone, I have to let Entourage sync with iCal and the iPhone gets the calendar from iCal. If there's a better way...I'd love to know what it is.

When I sync, the first thing that happens is that I get a message telling me that the phone can't sync with exchange.
