Error Occurred while mingling data

Using Windows XP Pro, Outlook (Office2003) and latest iTunes from Apple.
Brand new PC no other Applications just XP and Office2003.
When I try to sync (just the Calendar) I get the following error:
iTunes could not sync calendars to the iPhone "user"'s iPhone
because and error occurred while mingling data.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Fixed error

I got the same error after updating to system 1.0.1, and tried all sort of things like deselecting calendar sync, and reselecting and deleting isync history none of which worked
I did not have much in my calendars in the phone, since last sync, so just clicked in info advanced replace info in the iPhone calendars.
That did the trick and I don't get the error while syncing

In iTunes, go to iPhone icon, click Info tab, scroll down to "advanced", click on "replace information on this iPhone" for calendar and/or contacts, depending on your problem That should fix it.
