Does anyone know of a way to export the list of blocked phone numbers from the iPhone? I'm using an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.3.3. There is no real reason for doing this, I'm just curious.

Blocked numbers are synced through iCloud and push over the air to other devices that are logged into your iCloud account when Contact syncing is enabled. Even if you set up a new device from scratch, (rather than restoring a backup) they will show up after you log into iCloud and toggle Contacts on.

Is there any way to import that list into my PC?
You can view your iCloud contacts on a PC by logging into iCloud on a browser on your PC and you can export them from there. I don't think it includes a list of the blocked numbers, though. I'm pretty sure it's just the contacts.

Thanks Europa. Kinda figured that but had to ask. I've got a little over 250 numbers in that list and was looking to see all of the numbers in numerical order for the purpose of comparison.

@iPutz Man, it's a very simple question! Despite their multifunctional capabilities, today's smartphones are still, first and foremost, phones. While using the iPhone, users sometimes accumulate many contacts, which must be exported to a computer or another phone. I recently encountered a similar problem myself and used IPHONE DATA RECOVERY SERVICES. These damn phones are too fragile! I don't have the money to buy a new one every month. Maybe I'm a fool myself, and it's my fault for dropping them! But man, it pisses the hell out of me! In your case, you need to link your phone to a cloud app! It takes a couple of minutes! You can do it!

and I have another reason why I would like to export the collected blocked contacts from my Mac. Just to move them to the blacklist right on the mail server itself from time to time. I still just need to find the system file on my Mac that contains the blocked senders in Apple Mail which is synced via iCloud also to my iPhone.

Update: using "grep" in Terminal I searched for one of the blocked e-mail addresses as a string in all files in ̴/Library/ and got various results. The one that makes most sense for extraction is located at ̴/Library/SyncedPreferences/com.apple.kvs/ and is called "com.apple.KeyValueService.EndToEndEncrypted-Production.sqlite". Just open it with text editor and search for one of your blocked e-mail addresses. It gets you to a section at about the middle of the whole file where all your blocked contacts are listed in readable text format. You can copy the whole section and process it in Word or any other text editor to remove unwanted code parts with "search and replace". With a few clicks you can create a clean address list for import into other applications.
