Extract apps from IOS 9.3.5

The hardware of my old iPhone which is running IOS 9.3.5 (not jailbroken) is starting to act up. I want to switch to a new phone I have which has IOS 10 on it. When I restore the iCloud backup to the new phone one of my most important apps does not restore because it is no longer in the App Store.

Is there any way to extract it from the old phone, or another way to get it on the new phone? I have already tried iBackup Bot and I don't currently have a copy of the app in iTunes.

It could be the app is not compatible with iOS 10. Which app is it?

I have an iPad 2 (or a 3, idk for sure) with iOS 9.3.5 on it, and I want to extract some really old apps out of it that aren’t even present on the App Store. I was wondering because 9.3.5 is a really old version, so there must be some way.
