Facebook app and chat at same time

Hi guys. I don't know if there is a discussion about this, i tried to find it and I couldn't. I was wondering if there is a app where I can be on facebook and facebook chat in the same time?

You can't chat at the same time, there isn't enough screen real estate to accomplish this.
