After some research, here is the solution.

Problems exist if you are JB and have BiteSMS. You need to go to SBS Settings > More > Mobile Substrate Addons > Turn OFF biteSMSsb and Turn OFF iPhoneDeliveryMS

Actually, if you just turn off biteSMSsb it works but I'm not willing to lose bite for the FB app. Sorry facebook. Safari will do for now. *DELETE*

Agreed. Until something else is figured out I will just use safari

Wow and I only thought that Apple would mess with you. I'll upload the older version of the Facebook App so just delete the one you are using download the one I upload and move it into your iTunes and go from there.
