FaceTime over cellular for everyone on AT&T?

Does anybody know if Verizon has any FaceTime restrictions

Verizon has no FaceTime restrictions. (You do get charged for data, though.)

Unlimited data, if you have that plan, won't stop you from using FaceTime on Verizon. If you have a capped plan, you can use FaceTime over cellular and it'll be used from your data allotment for the month.

Ok I have unlimited data on my iPhone 5 I can FaceTime all the time and I am good then

I'm betting this is just a glitch in AT&T's system. I can't imagine them simply relenting and giving us unlimited data folks FaceTime. They're not known for their generosity.
