I don't know about you guys, but I would love to see some of the larger fantasy football providers develop some apps. I personally use CBSportsline for my fantasy football league and love it. It would be awesome to keep track of my team and make changes to my lineup from anywhere. My guess is there are a lot of people out there that would pay $5-10 for this feature

I think you can just log into the website and not have to pay anything for the app via appstore.

This is true, but the same can be said about a lot of the apps out there. I just think this would be more convenient for those with a slower connection. Safari is a drag without wifi or 3G.

I was excited when I read the topic title. I actually thought there might have been an app released today for FF. I bet one will be coming before long!

I'd pay $10 for access to my CBS Leagues from an iPhone specific app. CBS rocks from Safari, but an app would be all the more better.

Since my league is on ESPN's website, I hope they have a good ui through their new iPhone optimized site...but I would certainly love a native app too...

Is anyone going to use that idaraftkit.com site for their draft?

Might want to check out the app Sportacular. It has the ability to track several different custom teams for fantasy. I have only played around with it a bit, but it seams to work. I am in 4 leagues and should be able to add all my teams.

I am hoping that someone comes up with an app that links with several of the fantasy leagues. I don't want to have to track several different applications. Would be best if all in one applications.

I downloaded this the other day and love it. it is a good way to monitor the scores for your fantasy team. I was hoping an app would come out that would allow me to alter my lineup, add/drop players and talk smack on the message board

Hopefully this is allowed by forum rules...I just released a Draft app to the app store, you can find it at iTunes here:

http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=287660733&mt=8

You can also view my site, http://www.ultimateffb.com

It is only a version 1 Draft Management app. Future releases will allow a fairly detailed draft tool. Feel free to give it a try, and get back to me with any features you would like to see.

The app itself can be found under Sports in the App Store. It is called "Draft Central '08".

I am planning a full-fledged fantasy app as well to hopefully provide a lot of the features that have been mentioned in this thread.

Does this connect to the actual fantasy football sites (Yahoo, CBS), or is this just data pulled from another site with the stats of the players?

New Yahoo! FantasySports specific iPhone App

Take a look at the newly added Y! Fan that allows managers to control their teams from their iPhone including changing rosters, viewing stats, checking out standings and head-to-head matchups, and more.

http://www.yfanapp.com

or search 'Yahoo FantasySports' in the app store.

iPhone fantasy football

I have been waiting for sportsline to develope a mobile site for fantasy football and I got tiered of waiting. I have developed a true iPhone/blackberry interface to work off of my fantasy site. I have made it fully functional from a smart phone. Stop by and check it out. It is cutting edge. Don't be left behind this year. Everything you can do on a computer can be done by phone. Stop by and check it out www.delawarefantasysports.com. You can email me with any questions at the_guru@comcast.net.

Same here! The closest thing I've seen is "Sportacular". In it's stats section, you can create custom/fantasy teams...then you can check in anytime you want and retrieve just the stats for your fantasy team if you want. The app is also free, ya can't beat that...

Edit: Someone already mentioned this app in the thread... Oh well... lol

CBS actually has an app in store. It's horrible. Will it provide quick, fast access to stats. Yes. It looks like it was developed in a day.

I have downloaded it too. It's a wonderful game. like it so much. The control is so good here. But I am looking for a way to modify my team.
