Finding People To Capture 60-Second Videos With iPhones

I'd like to pay people to capture 60-second videos of people in their (usa) community using their iPhones. Would the Marketplace forum section be the place to post this? Are their other forums/sites that you can suggest where I can post this for people who own smartphones?

I need some "reality" footage of working people in local communities, which may be used for some promotional projects.

If the videos are going to be used in promotional material / ads, etc... You will need a model release signed from anyone recognizable in the video(s).
