Might want to turn off ANY cloud backup services running, anything that uses notifications. Even all the badges, turn them off. make sure no notifications pop up cause they are almost nearly instant. Then do a speed test. I am getting almost 5mbps (4.4-4.9).. quite a big speed bump from 2.5-3.0.
