Ok, I've heard that you have to hold the Home and Sleep button for 10 seconds to reset the iPhone when it freezes but it doesn't work for me and I've turned the iPhone off because it's similar to a computer where it's bound to freeze once in a while and having to restart it. In my situation, it freezes like 5 times a day and resetting and restarted my iPhone isn't helping much but making it more of a hassle to fix my iPhone. Does anyone know anyway to fix this problem?

Try a full restore via iTunes.

Hmmm, doesn't sound good. Has it always done this or did it just recently start misbehaving? If a complete restore doesn't help, it may be time for an appointment at the genius bar.

yes, i agree. Go to the genius bar. If it is fixable without needing to send it in they will know how. Good Luck
