I charge mine every night. I take it off the charger around 7am and charge it at 11pm or so. Currently it's 11pm and I am at 14% with 4 hours of usage listed on my usage timer

At least once a day.. The more Internet and streaming the quicker the battery wears but it's way better than my old 3G

maybe the batteries do go quick mine's under a month old n at 45 percent after 4 hours n 12 min or so on usage. I think charging full from under 5 percent or less is important

this is 2010, and simply not true anymore, I follow Apples guidelines.

Lithium-ion polymer batteries pack in a higher power density than nickel-based batteries. This gives you a longer battery life in a lighter package, as lithium is the lightest metal. You can also recharge a lithium-ion polymer battery whenever convenient, without the full charge or discharge cycle necessary to keep nickel-based batteries at peak performance. (Over time, crystals build up in nickel-based batteries and prevent you from charging them completely, necessitating an inconvenient full discharge.)

How good is the signal in your area? Push email or push notifications? What do you typically do with your phone?
Notifications on.
Signal is 3G 4-full bars
I typically text, Facebook, use icafe app. Twitter app. IM+ (kept constantly on) and occasionally read via the wattpad app

I do game but above statistic is taken from when I'm at work. And I dint game at work (I have SOME work ethic lol)

7 hours....wow...I just fell down from my chair! Even if I turn on my 3G signal I get let's say 5 hours of usages, 1 1/2 day standby!?...do you close all these multi-tasking...or?
Well this is from 100% to dead.
And I only keep IM+ in multitask.
Also my phones brand new so the battery hadn't had a chance to die yet. After a week or two it will go down I'm sure.

7 hours is nothing!? You should at last have 1 day! Have you tried everything - restart the iPhone etc?
