I can get my iPhone 4 to do just that...:eek:k:eek:k
Same here. Although I don't get that good of usage on average because I leave 3G on always, knowing all the little tricks in general allows for the best battery usage I've ever had with any smartphone I've ever had and I'm way happy with it.

HA. I can't. I can easily lose 10% in 20% minutes. My 3G had much better battery life. My 2G has really awesome battery life for some reason.
Do you have lots of apps running in multi-tasking? Have you tried to turn off the 3G signal when not using it? (and the last thing...I know many disagree, - but I can see you're jailbroken...maybe you got some apps running and draining the battery heavily?)

No. Believe me, I know the steps to keep my battery life as high as possible. EDGE on, mail set to manual push, the whole nine yards. I've been on stock 4.1 for over 2 weeks.

I used VoiceOver to set my brightness exactly at 20%. Bring the brightness all the way down, activate VoiceOver, then tap the brightness slider, flick up twice to get to 20%.

I've always had auto brightness off and am at about 70%. I have one email address on push and one on fetch. I have 3G on always and wi-fi on at home or at a hotspot, otherwise off so it isn't wasting battery looking for every feed in town. Location Services off unless using it.
4.1 stock (used to be jailbroken) and I get outstanding battery usage ! I believe anyone useing their phone properly that doesn't have good usage either has a problem with a program they have or needs to just restore. If that doesn't work, take it back and get a new one because that should solve your problem and that option is available to anyone that has a real problem.

Ok, I have two full days out of a charge.. I charged phone yesterday while I was asleep.. Off the charger at 6am and by 10pm was at 54% battery life.. Decided to see how far I can take it toasted empty and here I am at 2% battery life a day later.. Not bad.. Noticed that as many mentioned when shutting off all push messages, location services and 3G switched to edge.. On wifi at home.. Very happy, longest usage to date.. By the way I used the phone as I so daily.. That would be moderate to heavy use.. Cool beans.

Does anybody know why does the iPhone 4's battery is used up really fast? I mean, I get about 3 or 4 hours out of it before running out.
