Is this directed to my post?It would be really awesome to get at least 1 hour of usage for every 10%.
I can get my iPhone 4 to do just that...It would be really awesome to get at least 1 hour of usage for every 10%.
Same here. Although I don't get that good of usage on average because I leave 3G on always, knowing all the little tricks in general allows for the best battery usage I've ever had with any smartphone I've ever had and I'm way happy with it.I can get my iPhone 4 to do just that...k

HA. I can't. I can easily lose 10% in 20% minutes. My 3G had much better battery life. My 2G has really awesome battery life for some reason.I can get my iPhone 4 to do just that...k

Do you have lots of apps running in multi-tasking? Have you tried to turn off the 3G signal when not using it? (and the last thing...I know many disagree, - but I can see you're jailbroken...maybe you got some apps running and draining the battery heavily?)HA. I can't. I can easily lose 10% in 20% minutes. No. Believe me, I know the steps to keep my battery life as high as possible. EDGE on, mail set to manual push, the whole nine yards. Hehe...okay, I was looking at your signature saying that you are jailbroken...No. Believe me, I know the steps to keep my battery life as high as possible. EDGE on, mail set to manual push, the whole nine yards. I've been on stock 4.1 for over 2 weeks.
I have always turned this "Automatic Brightness" off, and the Brightness slider to about "40%".I'm a firm believer that if you turn off the automatic brightness control and just manually set it at 1/4 to 1/3 brightness, you'll get more out of your battery life.
