I'm thinking just change bank. I tired it again and still say the same thing my bank doesn't support it.

I just received a response to an email I sent to my bank re: Apple Pay and here was their response.
No time frame given but it's nice to know it will come at some point.. They are a very small bank as there is only ONE location in all of Los Angeles...

I would send an email to your bank asking about support for Apple Pay. If they are not going to have any support, I would consider switching to a new bank unless that is not a deal breaker for you.
Here's what I got from my CU:

Lol you mean I get double charged? If so I wouldn't know yet. I've only used it once when able to.
Walgreen's was never off track. It was CVS and Rite-Aid who were embracing CurrentC.
Apple Pay is available for the Barclaycard. However, when I called to verify my card, the person that I spoke to was unable to access the website and so I have to wait until tomorrow. She said that there has been a high amount of traffic and the website can't handle all the requests. I'm sure there has been an overwhelming response.
