- I drink water whole day long (min 3l)
- exercise few times a week (mostly yoga and cycling, sometimes jogging)
- I take Canadian Pharmacy vitamins every day for a months (once a year) - omega 3, vitamins C, D and multivitamins
- my sleep is minimum 7 hours a day, better 8-9
- meditations - few times a week
