HELP! Can't install or delete ANY Cydia apps!

OK so here's the deal. I have a 4S which has been jailbroken for the past few days but ever since yesterday I've had a pretty big problem on my hands.

Any time I try to install or delete ANY Cydia app (doesn't matter whether its a paid app or free app) I get the following error message

HTTP/1.0 403 This package is either paid or requires a paid package to function. If you paid: contact saurik@saurik.com for help. If not purchase the original package.

Has anyone encountered this error? I've searched high and low on many forums and every time no solid answer. Any help would be appreciated.
