Help - White Icons on Springboard after Jailbreak

Sometimes the jailbreak tweaks are correct and other times they're all white. Only Cydia and Semitether are correct. I just rejailbroke my iPhone and have been manually installing and checking out iOS 5.0 compatibility before install. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The problem is the device's icon cache needs to be rebuilt. If you install the "Respring" package in Cydia and use it to respring your device, this includes code to rebuild the cache before the respring and will restore you icons to their full glory.

You'll probably need to run this any time after you have rebooted without using redsn0w as the icon cache will be knackered due to booting into a semi-tethered state. (IOS cannot read the icons of unsigned apps when it is not fully jailbroken).
