Help with syncing.

Recently, my brother handed down to me a laptop which had pretty good specs, Windows unfortunately. My question is, if I plug in my iPhone 4 to the laptop's iTunes, will I lose all my games, apps and contacts since it's another PC which my iPhone never synced with before?
And how do I save all my apps and games which is on my iPhone 4 to the new PC?

1. No, you will not loose your data.

2. And if you want your apps and games to be saved IN your new laptop, "BACKUP" your iPhone 4 with your new laptop as soon as you plug it in.
