I know this is kinda random for these forums, but iduno where else to ask...

My laptop can play 1080p high def trailers and it's very very good quality.... does that mean that my laptop can also play blu-ray and hd-dvd's?

In order for your computer I play Blu ray DVDs or hd-DVDs you would need a blu ray or hd-DVD drive. Only if you recently purchased your computer would it come with such drive or have the option to add the drive.

does your dvd drive say "hd dvd" "blu-ray" and did you pay over $3000
if so it can, if not go buy the xbox 360 hd dvd drive on sale for only $179 anywhere + 5 free movies
