thinkart:$59, $79, $99 for individual accounts
thinkart:what are the family rate plans?
Patrick: One moment please.
Patrick: Our family Talk voice plans for the iPhone are the same as before.
Patrick: click here for Family plans
thinkart: with unlimited data and 200 sms?
thinkart: if not, that sucks
Patrick: I am not sure if you correctly see the data plans for the iPhone, as the iPhone has not been released yet.
thinkart: i am looking at an AT&T release
thinkart: http://www.prnewswire.com/mnr/Apple/28807/
thinkart: it says family plans are also available under the section about special priced individual plans
thinkart: i assumed special priced family plans were also avail.
Patrick: One moment please while I check on that for you.

This is one of the funniest exchanges I have ever read! "Here I am thanking you." What the &^$# is that?! And why does he say "I am fine." I don't remember reading where Thinkart asked him how he was doing...

Oh, wait... This must be some of that high-quality outsourced customer service... I guess AT&T thought it would be a good idea for someone in another country to answer questions about a phone that will only be released in the U.S. (at least for now).

I hadn't seen those rate plans anywhere.....NOT BAD, except for the # of SMS messages included....So, i'm gonna go with the 450 plan, and tack on the unlimited (in-network) SMS package. ;)
